MEET YOUR REQUIREMENT ANYTIME ANYWHERE!
New York State law requires that nearly all food stores that prepare food on-the-premises under Article 20-C of the Agriculture and Markets Law must have at least one individual per store that has been certified as having completed an approved food safety education program. The Food Industry Alliance of New York State in partnership with the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) has developed an online curriculum that has been approved by the New York State Department of Agriculture & Markets to meet these new educational requirements.

This program not only meets Article 20-C requirements, but also maintains a record of completion for future reference and follow-up. Contact FIA at 518-434-1900 to inquire about our course compliance reporting feature. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of this course that may be printed as needed.

ALL REGISTERED TRAINEES will be notified 90 days prior to their next training requirement deadline!

DID YOU TAKE YOUR FOOD SAFETY TRAINING FROM ANOTHER PROVIDER?
The Food Industry Alliance (FIA) of New York State is offering training tracking service so that even if you completed training conducted by another provider you can register your completion here. Doing so will add your completion record into the FIA auto notification service and you will be notified 90 days prior to your next training requirement deadline.
