Educational OfferingSuperSafeMark™ FOOD SAFETY TRAINING ONLINE
New York State law requires that nearly all food stores that prepare food on-the-premises under Article 20-C of the Agriculture and Markets Law must have at least one individual per store that has been certified as having completed an approved food safety education program. The Food Industry Alliance of New York State in partnership with the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) has developed an online curriculum that has been approved by the New York State Department of Agriculture & Markets to meet these new educational requirements. This program not only meets Article 20-C requirements, but also maintains a record of completion for future reference and follow-up. ALL REGISTERED TRAINEES will be notified 90 days prior to their next training requirement deadline!
